12pm – Meet with the Tour Guide outside Terminal 4 12:20pm – Leave for the Christ Train Station 12:50pm – Arrival at the Christ Statue (2 hours) 1:20pm – Pre-Scheduled Christ Train Ticket 2:50pm – Leave for Copacabana 3:10pm – Arrival at Copacabana Beach (2 hours) 5:10pm – Leave for the Sugar Loaf 5:25pm – Arrival at Sugar Loaf (2 hours15min) – Sunset at 6:16 pm! 7:40pm – Return to Port Terminal 4 8pm – Arrival at the Port Terminal 4

• New Vehicles with A/C. Regarding the 26-passenger Minibusses, the Tour will operate with a max of 18 passengers. During Carnival, we might need to book larger 40-passenger Buses, although the vehicle will not exceed 18 Passengers. 

• Panoramic City Tour

• All Sugar Loaf Cable Cars (Fast-Pass on both ways) and Pre-Scheduled Christ Statue Train entrance tickets (US$90 value p.p.)

• This is a Private Service and can definitely be changed according to the Group´s preferences. Please feel free to make suggestions.

Cancellation Policy during the Carnival Holiday

20 days in Advance or more – Fully Refundable

From 19 days in Advance or Less – a 30% ADM Fee will be charged to cover the non-refundable deposits made to Service providers (Vehicles & Guides). 

A 4% Stripe fee will be charged on any refunded credit card transactions.

Very Important! Ship Delays/Schedule Changes!

We understand that unexpected delays or schedule changes might occur during your journey. In such a situation, we assure you that all tours will be rescheduled according to the new times at the Port(s), and our Guides and Vehicles will deliver the service(s). However, please note that full refunds cannot be issued in case of schedule changes that are completely out of our control within less than 19 days of the tour date. We start working on these groups most of the time a year in advance, and to guarantee the best vehicles and tour guides, especially on Cruise Ship dates and Carnival, the busiest of the year, non-refundable prepayments and deposits are required by our tour providers and Guides. Moreover, we offer credits for future tours that are valid for an unlimited time to ensure you don’t miss out on the experience.

Very Important!!!

The tour might suffer some adjustments because of the Christ Statue Train Tickets, which during Cruise Ship Days, are not always available for the day/time we have previously scheduled for the Tour. We might even need to switch and have all passengers going to Christ in the Afternoon or the day before. For any adjustments, passengers will definitely be notified via email. Thank you for your comprehension.
